Paul Davies has been involved in training and learning for 12 years and has been active in the use of online and ICT learning methods throughout that time. Having managed a publicly funded training provider for a number of years, Paul then spent 2 years at Ufi, the Company behind learndirect and UK Online centres, as Senior Regional Manager promoting Widening Participation and online learning and training solutions in the North East. A further 2 year period was spent with a National training and employment company as e-learning Director with a remit to integrate e-learning into other aspects of employability training, welfare to work programmes and social regeneration and development programmes. Paul now runs his own UK Online centre in the North East which provides accredited and non-accredited ICT training for people of all ages and backgrounds, from entry level through to University level courses, as well as programmes to assist new business, individual enhancement, community development and digital inclusion.
