I am currently at a workshop in Vienna about video bridging, I have discussed a project about a jetty in my home community that has been badly neglected. Yesterday when I was watching the news it spoke of the people in Haiti not being able to land urgently needed supplies by sea as the jetty was not strong enough to support the weight of the containers. How odd to think that plans to regenerate old jetties bringing them back to life and give them a purpose can be in peoples thoughts all over the world. Lets hope the people in Haiti get what they need.
